Miss Eileen Cunningham

Eileen is a Lecturer in Social Policy at the University of Salford and also an Associate Teaching Fellow at Lancaster University. She is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist and Career Adviser and is particularly interested in personal and professional development. She is currently supervising Masters students/Level 7 Degree Apprentices in Clinical Leadership who are undertaking projects at Manchester Foundation Trust hospitals. Her doctoral research explores volunteering and work experience by students and graduates including K4C participants. Recent publications focus on career decision-making and graduate regional migration.
